1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition (unused, with original tags and packaging). TermsFeed
- You must have your order number and original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
- Contact us at hi@usxbd.com or 605 592 4382 with your order number and reason for return.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. Woo Help Desk
- We recommend purchasing trackable shipping and/or insurance—USXBD is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. TermsFeed
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hi@usxbd.com . Exchanges are processed as a return + new order unless otherwise specified.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized/custom products
- Items marked Final Sale

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a photo of the issue.
We will issue a replacement or full refund after validation.
